flickr is flakey
This entry is mainly a test - flickr uploading seemed to randomly break for me, this was the first attempt that worked. It’s also a shot of me, for anyone in the unlikely situation of reading this but not knowing what I look like.

[checks feed] - hmm, yep, it’s a bit of a mess.
I might have to work on manually editing posts uploaded by flickr - what a pain…
The other option which Thorne suggested a while back is to write my own tool - set up a POP mailbox somewhere (gmail is probably easiest) then have something that polls it and does the flickr/blog manipulation by hand.

Alternately, put up a quick-and-dirty Perl script somewhere which scrubs the feed…
